  • ignore the activation messages from Visual Composer, Revolution Slider or Essential Grid; all included plugins are full featured and we always include the new versions after compatibility tests, so you don't need to purchase and activate then separately
  • if you're having issues with OneClick Demo, it's most likely a server issue; please check you have the minimum server requirements for our themes: https://highgrade.ticksy.com/article/6444/ and ask your hosting provider to make the needed changes for you; these changes are needed because the importer works with lots of content and your server cannot handle it
